Shipping

Shipping is free on orders over $50. Flat rate shipping is $5 for all other orders. All orders ship first class with tracking provided through USPS. Delivery is generally 2-5 business days after shipment depending on the location. Shipping upgrades are available for additional fees; however the production time frame for personalized orders will not be faster only delivery once the item ships.

Shipping time frame:

Non-personalized items: 1-3 days

Personalized items: 1-2 weeks depending on order volume (expect two weeks during holidays)

We suggest ordering non-personalized items separately if you do not want to wait to receive your items.

Lost Items:

Once an item leaves our hands it becomes the responsibility of the post office. You can submit a form called "find my package" on the USPS website if your item is not delivered OR shows delivered and isn't there. We are happy to help file this form if needed.
