Returns & Refunds
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we also realize that some items may need to be returned. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT if returned within 14 business days of your receipt of purchase. After this time frame, items would no longer be eligible for a return.
Guidelines for returns:
-items must have original tags still attached
-shoe boxes must be shipped in a separate box, do not postmark the actual shoe box
-items must be UNWORN & UNWASHED (no deodorant marks, perfume, smoke, pet hairs, stains, etc...)
-return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility, we suggest choosing a method that provides tracking for your own records
-original packing slip/invoice should also be included in the return. This item has all of your order information located on it.
-returns take 5-7 days for processing
-bralettes, swim, & shapewear
-soaps & candles
-custom made or personalized items
All personalized and customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless a mistake was made on our part. Broken or damaged items will be replaced if in stock, and refunded if not. Photo proof would be required for the damaged item, and we must be contacted within 2 days of delivery.
Bangles and bracelets will be resized at no extra charge if needed, however the shipping charges must be covered by the customer both directions.
